Refund policy

The 7-Night Sleep Guarantee

Give Evenfall a full week of nightly use. If you're not winding down more easily and sleeping more restfully, email us at getevenfall@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — you don't need to send the bottle back. The risk is on us.

How to request a refund

Email getevenfall@outlook.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice.

A few notes

• Refunds cover the product price. Any original shipping charge is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We currently sell single bottles and the 90-day (3-bottle) Sleep Reset. There is no subscription at this time, so there is nothing to cancel.
